          Lois Gibbons

Lois Gibbons joined the team as a travel consultant in January 2014 after being a lifelong educator working with children, youth and adults from all walks of life and from all over the world.  As of January 2020 the ownership of Village Travelers has been graciously transferred to Lois Gibbons from Kay Stone. Lois lived abroad, has a passion for travel and has done so since she was a young child. Lois loves to create and enhance clients’ lives by making every travel experience special and a reality!  Lois also does travel for the South Lyon Center for Active Adults, Hamburg Senior Center (Hamburg, MI), and SELCRA as well as for church groups and families.  Her enthusiasm for helping others and making every travel experience special is a welcome addition to our team.  Lois has a great deal of experience assisting folks with special needs and making the difficult seem easy.

Margaret Lightner joined the team as a travel consultant in June 2024 after 27 years of managing two local retirement communities. She has a passion for building relationships with seniors and creating environments that enhance joy in their lives. She is very excited to start her retirement years traveling and helping Lois create wonderful travel experiences.

It takes many hands and skill sets to make our trips happen. 
We are grateful to have Glenna Fritz and Cindi Jackson on board many of our trips to helpus!
